Teresa fell in love with yoga when she first moved to Dubai from the UK 8 years ago. She soon found that she could not live without it by the way that every yoga practice made her feel – physically, emotionally and energetically. She believes that yoga is a powerful practice of mindfulness, a chance to listen and become more self-aware; to be fully present and to find peace at an inner and outer level.
Teresa teaches Vinyasa, Prenatal and Yin Yoga and is also a trained Sound Healer. Her presence is grounding and calm, and her classes will encourage you to move mindfully with the breath, connecting to your self at an inner and outer level. She hopes that when you leave her class, you feel physically content and mentally nourished.
