Being one of the few Emirati male yoga instructors, Mohammed sees yoga as more than exercise- it’s a life enhancing practice open to all, despite religion or gender. He’s eager to spread yoga’s benefits, empowering others to enjoy the same positive transformations he gained.

Mohammed’s yoga classes aim to boost mental health awareness and physical well-being, inspired by his personal journey using yoga to conquer depression.

After training in Thailand, he developed the “Journey Flow” class concept, aligning diverse life paths with shared qualities. Each session incorporates themed meditation, yoga, and concludes with Mohammed’s heartfelt poem, seamlessly integrating his role as a writer and poet to enhance mental health discussions.
